Solid Waste/recycling collection will be as follows: • There will NOT be solid waste/recycling collection on Monday, December 25th or on Monday, January 1st. • Solid Waste collection will be delayed by one day the week of Christmas and the week of New Years - with the Friday routes collected on Saturday, December 30th and January 6, 2018. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting (a) a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil be established for the Sycamore common source of supply underlying Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, by extending Order No. 403648; (b) a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil be established for the Hunton common source of supply underlying Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, by extending Order No. 642263; (c) the Sycamore and Hunton common sources of supply are conventional reservoirs and as such the completion interval for the horizontal well in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 660 feet from the boundary of the 640-acre horizontal unit; (d) a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil be established for the Woodford common source of supply underlying Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, by extending Order No. 642263; and (e) the Woodford common source of supply is an unconventional reservoir and pursuant to OAC 165:10-29-2 the completion interval of a horizontal Woodford well drilled in a horizontal well unit shall be located not less than 165 feet from any north/south unit boundary and not less than 330 feet from any east/west unit boundary. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that there is no current production from the Sycamore, Woodford or Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 17.
